The towers of the old Ministry of Finance in the EUR district were designed by Cesare Ligini in the 50s and long abandoned. They have been chosen to accomodate the new headquarter of Telecom in Rome. 

The proposal will be selected through a competition, after a first phase of pre qualification 15 architects have been selected and six invited to the final phase: Onsitestudio, Piuarch, PARK Associati, SCAPE Architecture, BiCuadro Architetti e UNO-A Architetti Associati.
